Project Name: Casa Grande Water Reclamation Facility Phase 3 Expansion Owner: City of Casa Grande Client: K&F Electric Inc. Completion Date: June 2010 Engineer: Carollo Engineers Project Description: K&F Electric has subcontracted KEAR to complete all excavation, backfill and concrete activities for the installation of new duct-banks on the Casa Grande WRF. The overall project consists of over 10,000 LF of underground conduit and duct-bank installation. -
Paradise Valley Fire Station No. 1 - Paradise Valley, Arizona
Project Name: Paradise Valley Fire Station No. 1 Owner: Town of Paradise Valley Client: Spectra Electrical Services/TSG Constructors LLC Completion Date: January 2009 Engineer: Arizona Public Service Project Description: Spectra Electrical Services subcontracted KEAR to provide primary power installation services for the new Fire Station No.1 in Paradise Valley. The project included the installation of primary power duct-bank from an existing switching cabinet, across Mockingbird Lane extending onsite to the new Fire Station transformer. KEAR provided all excavation, barricading, spoils removal, conduit installation, concrete, backfill, and asphalt replacement services. The project was executed with close coordination with APS and in accordance with their construction standards and requirements. The project was completed within the general contractor’s schedule requirements with minimal impact to surrounding residences. -
Chaparral Water Generator Pad - Fountain Hills, Arizona
Project Name: Chaparral Water Generator Pad Owner: Chaparral City Water Company / American States Water Co. Client: K&F Electric Inc. Completion Date: February 2009 Engineer: Chaparral City Water Project Description: K&F Electric subcontracted KEAR to construct a new concrete pad and supporting items for a new generator pad at the existing Shea Blvd. Water Treatment Plant in Fountain Hills, AZ. The project involved the demolition of existing pads, existing slope excavation, installation of a new concrete pad, trenching for new conduits, and installation of a new safety fence. -

KEAR provided all excavation, barricading, spoils removal, conduit installation, concrete, backfill, and asphalt replacement services. The project was executed with close coordination with APS and in accordance with their construction standards and requirements. The project was completed within the general contractor’s schedule requirements with minimal impact to surrounding business and residences.
