Dry Utilities
KEAR provides excavation, installation, and backfill services for both on and offsite dry utility applications. KEAR is well versed in ADOT/Traffic management systems and commercial/industrial site electrical installations, and we maintain working relationships with local utility providers to ensure proper dry utility installation in conformance with their requirements and specifications. KEAR is also a Certified Link Installing Contractor for AFL Telecommunications and we maintain the certified staff for fiber optic underground installations.
