Safety Leadership
KEAR's Corporate Safety program includes Site Specific Safety & Health programs and provides all the necessary training & resources for everyone on-site.
Collaboration and Education
KEAR executes a wide range of specialized construction services, and provides the education, training and certifications for employees and subs to do so safely. We partner with our clients to ensure our safety programs meet all project-specific safety requirements.

Pipeline Safety - DOT Compliant Operator Qualification Program
KEAR maintains a full DOT Compliant Operator Qualification (OQ) Program, which complies with the Office of Pipeline Safety of the US Department of Transportation's Qualification of Pipeline Personnel Regulation (49 CFR Part 192 Subpart N and Part 195 Subpart G). KEAR provides in-house training and certification of our employees that work on or near DOT regulated facilities and pipelines.
