KEAR has created a corporate environment and culture where safety for all of our employees is paramount. We promote the importance of an accident-free workplace by the development, implementation, and enforcement of an industry-leading health and safety program.

Safety Leadership

KEAR's Corporate Safety Director is Mr. John Sralik. Mr. Sralik manages KEAR's corporate Health and Safety Staff, including Site Specific Safety & Health Officers. John also serves as KEAR's primary contact on health and safety issues. He manages KEAR's Health & Safety Program and provides the necessary training & resources to comply with all policies and safety regulations.

KEAR executes a wide range of specialized construction services, and we provide the proper education, training, and certifications for our employees to do so safely. We partner with our clients to ensure our safety program meets all project-specific training requirements.

Pipeline Safety - DOT Compliant Operator Qualification Program

KEAR maintains a full DOT Compliant Operator Qualification (OQ) Program, which complies with the Office of Pipeline Safety of the US Department of Transportation's Qualification of Pipeline Personnel Regulation (49 CFR Part 192 Subpart N and Part 195 Subpart G). KEAR provides in-house training and certification of our employees that work on or near DOT regulated facilities and pipelines.
