KEAR has been contracted to provide repairs and upgrades to the existing facility at DFSP Charleston. As the prime contractor, KEAR is providing both design phase and construction phase services. The project involves the repair of four concrete containment basins including replacement of joint seals, repair of cracks, repair of spalling, and replacement of damaged concrete.
