Project Details

KEAR was selected as the Hydrant-Fuel System Contractor for the new South Concourse (West) at Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC). The system is being constructed as part of the SLC Terminal Redevelopment Program and includes a complete new hydrant system for the new Terminal. The project includes the installation of over 4,800lf of 12" jet fuel main which feeds 32 new gates through over 600lf of 6" lateral piping. In addition KEAR is constructing 5 new Isolation Valve Vaults, all required cathodic protection and a new EFSO system. Following the phased installation of the new system, KEAR will provide all required flushing, pressure testing and commissioning.
